Italian retailer lists Xiaomi 18 Pro and Pro Max ahead of the global launch: €1,399 to €1,784, with smaller batteries than China

| Xiaomi 18 Pro | Xiaomi 18 Pro Max | |
|---|---|---|
Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 | Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 |
Velvet Red | |

Before Xiaomi named a global launch date, Italian retailer Epto got ahead of it and published full pages for the Xiaomi 18 Pro and Xiaomi 18 Pro Max with prices: the Pro at €1,398.90 for 12/256GB and €1,591.90 for 12/512GB, and the Pro Max at €1,783.90 for 12/512GB (some colours €1,761.90). The numbers sit very close to last week's leak (€1,449 and €1,849) and to the EU EPREL registry entries.

European specs
| Xiaomi 18 Pro | Xiaomi 18 Pro Max | |
|---|---|---|
| Chipset | Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 | Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 |
| Battery (Europe) | 6,000 mAh / 90W | 7,050 mAh / 100W |
| Battery (China) | 7,000 mAh / 100W | 8,500 mAh / 100W |
| Memory | 12GB + 256 or 512GB | 12GB + 512GB only |
| Colours | Black, White, Velvet Red | |
| Listed price | €1,398.90 / €1,591.90 | €1,783.90 |

The battery gap comes from shipping restrictions in Europe, the same thing that happened with the Xiaomi 17 Ultra. For context, the regular Xiaomi 17 launched in Europe last year at €999 and the 17 Ultra at €1,499, so the 18 Pro Max lands about €285 above last year's Ultra.
Why it matters
Xiaomi president Lu Weibing confirmed in September that both phones launch globally in November and that the Middle East is included, so Gulf prices are close. If the European prices convert at the same ratio we saw with the Xiaomi 17 Ultra (€1,499 → AED 4,999), the 18 Pro would start around AED 4,700 and the Pro Max above AED 5,900; that is my estimate, not an official figure. The Gulf usually does not get a Pro model at all, so this is the first numbered Xiaomi Pro to reach us in three years.
My take
Xiaomi can justify €1,399 with a full Leica camera system and the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6, but a 6,000 mAh battery instead of 7,000, 90W instead of 100W, at a price above the Galaxy S26 Ultra in Europe? That is a hard sell outside China. At €1,784 the Pro Max walks into iPhone 18 Pro Max territory, where brand reputation decides. Wait for official prices before judging, but do not expect a pleasant surprise.
