The Ultra chip is still between the Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 and the Exynos 2700.

Charging is 90W on the Pro and 100W on the Pro Max. Prices are unofficial and no date is announced.

That is 14% more than the iPhone 18 Pro, 12% less than the 18 Pro Max, and slightly above the Galaxy Z Fold8 and Fold8 Ultra. The sheet adds 51h30m endurance per charge, at least 1,000 cycles, repairability class C and 5 years of updates.
