Samsung Health |

Samsung's cheap band is getting close. A teardown of the Galaxy Fit4 Manager app published by SammyGuru (and carried by GSMArena and Notebookcheck) has exposed most of the Galaxy Fit4 before the announcement. In short: nearly the same look as the Fit3 with a slightly taller display and smarter health software. Everything below is an app leak, not official specs.

The leaked specs
| Display | 258×428 px, slightly taller than the Fit3 (256×402) |
|---|---|
| Design | Very close to the 2024 Fit3, with similar dimensions |
| Colours | Black, Silver, Light Green (inferred from watch faces) |
| Interface | Up to 12 scrollable tiles |
| Health | Steps, calories, heart rate with high/low alerts, blood oxygen, stress with high-stress alerts and manual or continuous measurement |
| Sleep | On-device sleep stages and sleep score, plus sleep coaching that unlocks after 7 days of wear |
| Workouts | Workout tracking, automatic activity recognition, heart-rate zones; cycle, water and food tracking through Samsung Health |
| GPS | Not mentioned; most likely no built-in GPS, like the Fit3 |
| Price and date | Not announced; earlier leaks point below $100, and the Fit3 launched at $59 in the US |
Why it matters
The Fit3 was one of the best-selling bands in the Gulf because it gave you a big display and two weeks of battery at Mi Band money ($59 in the US, roughly AED 220), competing head-on with the Mi Band for Galaxy owners who want Samsung Health integration without a third-party app. The Fit4 keeps that formula and adds the sleep coaching that used to be exclusive to Galaxy Watch. Certifications (FCC in August) suggest the announcement is near, and given Samsung's retail footprint in the UAE and Saudi Arabia it will most likely be on Gulf shelves from the first week.
My take
A reassuring leak rather than an exciting one: Samsung did not change the design or add GPS, it just moved the most useful software feature from its watches down to the band. If the price stays around Fit3 levels (roughly AED 220) this is the best band for anyone with a Galaxy phone, full stop. If it lands at Fitbit Edge money ($180), the maths flips and the Mi Band stays the smarter buy.
