ليش يهمك
نظارات Meta تنباع رسمياً بالإمارات (غطينا أسعارها هنا)، وNothing موجودة بالخليج عبر المتاجر الكبيرة، فأي منافس يعني أسعار أفضل. والنسخة بدون كاميرا هي اللي تميّز Nothing: ناس كثير عندنا ترفض لبس كاميرا على وجهها بالمجالس، ونظارة صوتية تحل هذي المشكلة. والعدسات الفوتوكرومية منطقية لشمس الخليج.
رأيي
النسخة الصوتية أذكى قرار بالتسريب، وMeta نفسها لحقت على الفكرة بـ Ray-Ban Meta Audio. أما ChatGPT بدل Gemini فيقول إن Nothing تبتعد عن Android XR وتبني تجربتها بنفسها، وهذي مخاطرة لشركة ما أطلقت غير ثلاث هواتف متوسطة هذي السنة. خذ كل شي هنا تسريب لين Nothing تتكلم.

Why it matters
Meta’s glasses are sold officially in the UAE (we covered the prices here) and Nothing is in the Gulf through the big retailers, so any rival means better prices. The camera-free model is what sets Nothing apart: many people here refuse to wear a camera on their face in a majlis, and an audio pair solves that. Photochromic lenses also make sense for Gulf sun.
My take
The audio model is the smartest decision in this leak, and Meta itself caught up with the idea with Ray-Ban Meta Audio. ChatGPT over Gemini suggests Nothing is steering clear of Android XR and building its own experience, a gamble for a company that has launched only three mid-rangers this year. Treat all of it as a leak until Nothing speaks.
