Still rumour
Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 Pro (it appeared on Geekbench two days ago), a 200MP main camera, a 9,000mAh battery and a 6.78-inch display. All of that comes from leaks, not from OnePlus.
Why it matters
The real news is tomorrow: Qualcomm announces the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 at the Snapdragon Summit on 22 September, and the OnePlus 16 will likely be the first phone with the Pro version. If you are planning an Android flagship before the end of the year, wait for tomorrow's numbers — the gap between "Gen 6" and "Gen 6 Pro" will be the question. Gulf: OnePlus usually brings the series to the UAE one to two months after China.
