If Slorks had started in the blog era

Slorks (Ahmad) has made Arabic tech content for over 11 years: reviews, unboxings and how-tos on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and Snapchat. Kuwaiti, based in Dubai. This blog is the version that "never happened" — if we had started with writing before video.

The idea is simple: some things video cannot carry. The table, the chart, the sentence you need to read twice. And some discussions do not happen under a Reel — they happen in a forum with numbered replies, quotes, and members whose names you know.

Forum rules

Voting and rating need no account. Replies need one and appear instantly without review. Criticism is welcome; abuse is not. Hidden ads get deleted and their author removed. Three reports on a reply send it to the moderator automatically.

Transparency, ads and sponsorship

Some devices are sent by manufacturers. Paid articles carry a clear "Sponsored" label. Ads on the site are separate from content and marked. The opinion is mine, the score out of 10 is not for sale — and the reader score is something I could not edit even if I wanted to.
